Your service history, receipts, and ride logs live in your private iCloud — we never see them. Live ride sharing and crash alerts are the one exception, by design: while they're running, your location goes to the RIDR relay just long enough to reach the person you chose, then it's purged. Nothing is stored, profiled, or sold. Your bikes are yours, and so is the record of them.
